VN, Ecuador to exempt visa for diplomatic and business passport holders
VNGOP –Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Lê Văn Bàng just paid a 3-day visit to the Republic of Ecuador on August 19-21, 2007.

Deputy FM Lê Văn Bàng had meetings and talks with Ecuadorian Minister of External Relations, Commerce and Integration Maria Fernanda Espinosa Deputy FM Rafael Paredes and leaders of the Ministry of Energy and Mines and the Ecuadorian Petroleum Corporation.
On the occasion, Ecuador reconfirmed its support to Việt Nam to a non-permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council in the term of 2008-2009.
Deputy FM Lê Văn Bàng and Ecuadorian FM M.F. Espinosa signed an agreement on visa exemption for diplomatic and business passport holders of the two countries.
