VN Airlines opens two direct routes to China's Shenzhen

VGP - Viet Nam Airlines will launch two new routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi with China’s Shenzhen on November 27 and 28 at a frequency of three and four weekly flights, respectively.

To meet rising air travel demand, Viet Nam Airlines will launch will open two new routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi with China’s Shenzhen

Operated on the Airbus A321, flights depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Shenzhen on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 22:45, while flights depart from Ha Noi to Shenzhen on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday at 23:55.

All flights from Shenzhen to both Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi depart at 3:35, with Ho Chi Minh City flights departing every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday; and Ha Noi flights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

These are the 15th and 16th routes of the airline to China.

These new routes will not only connect Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City to one of the most vibrant economic and technology hubs in China but also enable travelers to explore attractive domestic destinations in both Viet Nam and China.

The extensive flight network of Viet Nam Airlines allows passengers who have toured Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City to visit other popular destinations, namely Quy Nhon, Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc.

Meanwhile, tourists to China will have the opportunities to explore Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Hong Kong, from which they can easily take Viet Nam Airlines’ flights back home.

On the occasion, Viet Nam Airlines launches a promotional program, offering discount two-way airfares starting from US$145 (including taxes and fees) for Ho Chi Minh City – Shenzhen flight, and US$155 for Ha Noi-Shenzhen journey.

Earlier, Viet Nam Airlines also opened a direct route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Haikou city in China’s southern province of Hainan, with four flights on the route per week, using Airbus A321 aircraft and Ho Chi Minh City with Bali, Indonesia, with the frequency of 7 flights per week using an Airbus 321 with 4-star service.
