US real estate broker opens office in VN
VGP - Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC, which specializes in luxury real estate investment and brokerage, on Monday announced the debut of its first representative office in Việt Nam, known as the Vietnam Sotheby's International Realty.
The office is owned by Indochina Land, a real estate subsidiary of Indochina Capital. In January this year, Indochina Land signed an exclusive agreement with Sotheby's to provide luxury real estates to local and foreign clients in Việt Nam for 25 years.
According to Michael R. Good, president and executive director of Sotheby's International, as an emerging international tourist destination with rapid urbanization, Việt Nam is a very important market in the group’s global growth plans.
And Jill Chodorov, country manager of Việt Nam Sotheby's International Realty, emphasized that Việt Nam, one of the fastest growing economies in the world, is an ideal place for investments in high class homes.
Founded by two Americans, the Indochina Capital investment fund specializes in real estate projects and has been operating in Việt Nam for 15 years. Sotheby's International Realty is a brokerage firm connecting independent real estate companies to luxurious clients in the world.
