Top legislator partakes in MSEAP 3
VGP – National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan arrived in Istanbul to attend the third Meeting of Speakers of Eurasian Countries’ Parliaments (MSEAP 3) and her official visit to Turkey.

Viet Nam’s presence at the MSEAP 3 shows its active and responsible engagement in multilateral parliamentary diplomacy and promotes its role as a player in regional and global parliamentary cooperation mechanisms.
Following the MSEAP 3, Chairwoman Ngan will pay an official visit to Turkey at the invitation of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Binali Yildirim. This is the first visit made by a top legislator of Viet Nam and also the highest-level visit to Turkey.
The visit will mark a milestone in the two NAs’ relations, and at the same time, aims to further deepen the friendship and multifaceted partnership between Viet Nam and Turkey as the two countries are celebrating the 40th anniversary of their diplomatic ties.
During the visit, the two sides are expected to discuss ways to bolster the bilateral cooperation in key areas, reinforce their political trust for each other and translate the signed agreements into reality. In addition, it will provide a platform for enterprises from both sides to meet and seek partnerships and investment opportunities./.
