Top legislator greets Deloitte's Global Chairman

The Chairwoman believed that with to his own experience and the role and 180-year prestige of Deloitte, the global accounting firm would make positive contribution to the development of Deloitte Viet Nam, the forerunner of the Viet Nam Auditing Company (VACO).

The host leader briefed the guest leader about the functions and roles of the Viet Nam’s independent auditing and praised the development of the Viet Nam Auditing Company (VACO), the first independent auditing company in Viet Nam. 

 Ngan said that amidst international integration, independent auditing companies like Deloitte have played a greater role supporting to develop business and investment activities in a transparent manner and raise national gross domestic income. 

On this occasion, the host leader hoped that Deloitte Global would srep up cooperation with the Vietnamese National Assembly by providing technical support in favor of legal perfection for independent auditing companies in Viet Nam; supplying recommendations on financial policies; sharing professional knowledge and experience on financial supervision. In addition, Ms. Ngan suggested Deloitte Global to recruit and train financial personnel for Viet Nam on the fileld.

In return, the Deloitte Global Chairman congratulated Viet Nam on the successful organization of the APEC  Economic Leaders' Week.

The guest said he was impressed by the robust economic growth and the business start-up spirit in Viet Nam. 

He committed that Deloitte Global would attach importance to Viet Nam and bring about advance and international experience on auditing services for Vietnamese businesses; provide the best services for customers; support the Government and the private economic sector./.
