Three Brazilian cleared of COVID-19, total cured patients rise to 252
VGP – Three more COVID-19 patients, who were tested positive again, have been cleared of the virus, raising the total recovered patients in Viet Nam to 252, the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control reported on May 12.

Patient 151 is a 45-year old woman. She was tested positive again after being cleared on April 18.
Patient 207 is a 49-year old man who was tested positive again after being declared clear of the disease on April 18.
Patient 224 is a 39-year old man who was tested positive again after being cleared of the virus on April 20.
During treatment, these patients had many tests and all came back negative for the virus from April 27 to May 10.
At present, all three patients don't have such symptoms like fever, cough, or shortness of breath. They will continue to be isolated and monitored for the next 14 days.
27 days without new community infection case
As of early May 13, Viet Nam has gone 27 days without new COVID-19 community infection, according to the committee.
Among 288 COVID-19 patients confirmed so far, 148 are imported cases who were sent to centralized quarantine camps upon their arrivals.
The sickest case is British pilot, known as patient 91, is being treated at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in HCMC
At present, 12,634 people are being quarantined, of whom 322 at hospitals, 6,819 at centralized quarantine camps, 5,493 at places of residence./.
