Third int’l Vietnamese Studies conference scheduled in December 2008
VNGOP – Deputy PM Nguyễn Thiện Nhân just agreed to assign the Hà Nội National University and the Việt Nam Social Science Academy to prepare and organize the third International Conference on Vietnamese Studies in Hà Nội in December next year.

The Conference aims to further clarify the awareness of and orientations for researches on Vietnamese studies at home and abroad.
Accordingly, the Conference will focus on profoundly discussing such issues as Việt Nam’s integration level and the forecasts in the 2010-2015 period; the country’s conditions for rapid integration and challenges; other countries’ experience; Vietnamese studies researchers’ contributions to Việt Nam’s integration.
