Thanh Hoa looks to become industrial province by 2030

VGP – By 2030, the north central province of Thanh Hoa will become an industrial province with synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure in line with regional development.

This is part of the PM’s Decision 1629/QD-TTg on Thanh Hoa development scheme in the 2021-2030 period with a vision towards 2045. 

The scheme includes analysis, assessment, and forecasts of special development conditions of Thanh Hoa, development orientations for the province. 

The PM requested that the development orientations must match with national and regional development master schemes, take into consideration sustainable growth, environmental protection, natural disaster development, international integration, and Viet Nam’s international commitments. 

He also stressed the importance of developing socio-economic development; ensuring social security and welfare; developing disadvantageous areas; properly utilizing land and natural resources in combination with the preservation of historical and cultural values.    

The master scheme must be crafted in multilateral approaches in line with practices and applied modern technological applications./.
