Ten more patients cleared of COVID-19, total recovered number increases to 85

VGP – The Ministry of Health confirmed Friday morning that 10 more patients have been cleared of the virus, raising the total number of recovered patients to 85.

Three patients released from Ho Chi Minh City's hospital on Friday morning.

They are patients numbered 34, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 99, 100, 121.

Seven of them were leased from General Hospital in the central province of Binh Thuan while the rest exited medical facility in Ho Chi Minh City’s Can Gio District.

Patient 34 is a 51-year old Vietnamese woman, hospitalized on March 9.

Patient 37 is a 37-year old Vietnamese woman, hospitalized on March 11.

Patient 38 is a 27-year old woman, hospitalized on March 10.

Patient 40 is a 2-year old Vietnamese girl, hospitalized on March 10.

Patient 41 is a 56-year old Vietnamese man, hospitalized on March 11.

Patient 42 is a 27-year old Vietnamese man, hospitalized on March 11.

Patient 43 is a 48-year old Vietnamese woman, hospitalized on March 11.

The above patients have been treated at the General Hospital’s Department of Infectious Diseases in Binh Thuan Province.

Patient 99 is a 29-year old Vietnamese man, hospitalized on March 21.

Patient 100 is a 55-year old Vietnamese man, hospitalized on March 21.

Patient 121 is a 58-year old Vietnamese man, hospitalized on March 20.

All of the above cases will continue to be medically monitored for the next 14 days.

As of Friday morning, Viet Nam has 233 infection cases, of whom 217 have been reported since March 6./.
