State budget collection meets 87.9% of preset goal

VGP – As of mid November, total amount of State collection was estimated at VND 1.16 quadrillion (US$ 49.88 billion), equivalent to 87.9% of the year's estimate.

Domestic collection hit VND 926.9 trillion, accounting for 84.3% of forecast; crude oil VND 54.3 trillion, 151.3%; and export collection VND 174.9 trillion, 97.7%. 

State enterprises contributed VND 128.6 trillion, accounting for 77.2% of forecast. Excluding crude oil, the FDI sector channeled into the coffer VND 156.6 trillion, fulfilling 70.3% of the plan. Individual income tax valued VND 82.5 trillion, equivalent to 85.2%. Collection of environmental protection fee was VND 38.3 trillion, meeting 78.5% of the estimate. Land use fee collection valued VND 102.1 trillion, equivalent to 118.8%. 

As of November 15, total State budget spending reached VND 1.16 quadrillion, accounting for 76.6% of forecast including VND 806.6 trillion of regular spending (85.8% of estimate); VND 239.8 trillion of development investment (60%); and VND 93.5 trillion of debt payment (83.1%)./.
