State President sends new school year letter

In his letter, the President praised the great efforts and achievements of the educational sector, urging party committees at all levels, local governments, social organizations, and families to pay more attention to the sector’s development by creating more favorable conditions for study and teaching activities nationwide.

This is the first year Viet Nam implements the Party’s Resolution on radical and comprehensive education and training reform, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization under the conditions of the socialist-oriented market economy and international integration./.
