VNGOP – Being reelected by the 12th National Assembly to the posts of leaders of the Vietnamese State, Government and National Assembly, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng have received congratulations from Mexican President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, Argentine President Nestor Kirchner, Argentine Senate President Daniel Osvaldo Scioli, Argentina's President of the Chamber of Deputies Alberto Edgardo Balestrini, President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Yong Nam, DPRK Premier Kim Yong Il, and Chairman of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly Choe Thae Bok.
