VGP - The Việt Nam Youth Association on March 13 launched the social security website at http://ansinhxahoi.thanhgiong.vn.

The interface of the social security website

The website is aimed at sharing information about disadvantaged people and connecting organizations, enterprises and individuals that are ready to give donations and do community works.

The website also carries a call for communities to help orphans, poor children, disabled youths, victims of Agent Orange/dioxin and poor students.

The Việt Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association has pledged to build 63 boarding houses worth VND70 million each  and give 1,000 scholarships worth VND 1 million each for disadvantaged children.

The Việt Nam Young Doctors Association has committed to providing free medical checkups and medicines and give gifts, totaling VND5 billion, to 100,000 people in 63 poor districts nationwide.
