Rice relief for three localities

VGP – The PM has decided to supply rice from the national reserves for three provinces of Thanh Hoa, Gia Lai and Binh Dinh.

The Ministry of Finance is tasked to provide 491.205 tons of rice for the central province of Thanh Hoa and 544.275 tons of rice for the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai for local people on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet festival).

The central province of Binh Dinh will be supplied with 1,000 tons of rice to support local people to overcome consequences of floods and heavy rains in December 2018.

These provinces’ People’s Committees receive and use the rice appropriately as regulated.
