Regulations to be revised over foreign representative offices engaging in banking services in VN
VNGOP – Upon the proposal of the State Bank of Vietnam on licensing the establishment and management of the representatives offices of foreign non-credit organizations providing banking services in Vietnam, the PM entrusted the State Bank to collaborate with the relevant agencies in revising and supplementing the current stipulations.

The revisions must be submitted to the PM in the second quarter of 2007.
The PM also agreed the State Bank will consider, license and manage the operation of Diamond Lease's representative office in Vietnam.
