Protection fund for Vietnamese citizens and legal entities founded
VNGOP – The Ministry of Finance released new regulations to manage the fund for protecting Vietnamese citizens and legal entities abroad.

The fund advances money for Vietnamese citizens to purchase tickets for coming home |
Accordingly, the fund is used to finance the performance of Việt Nam’s diplomatic representative agencies and authorized bodies in other countries to protect Vietnamese citizens and legal entities. In addition, it also assists Vietnamese citizens who are in difficult situations, such as accidents and financial problems (hotel fees, tickets, hospital charges).
The Fund Director has the right to spend not more than US $10,000 for each case.
