Private sector encouraged to develop public Wi-Fi system

The document expects to encourage private enterprises to develop a Wi-Fi system at administrative sectors, cultural and tourism sites, stations, parks, and industrial zones to improve living standards and serve for e-administration.

In addition, the document hopes to help local residents to access local information on culture, tourism, and economic performance.  

Specifically, competent enterprises which are qualified for finance and technology conditions will be invited to develop the public Wi-Fi system in the city.  

However, the local authorities will prioritize units which develop the public Wi-Fi system via free-of-charge Internet network at unlimited capacity and favorable conditions./.
