President Sang called upon the workers to speed up construction process to finalize the project three years ahead of the schedule to help meet rising demand for power and contribute to national development.

Meeting with the staff of the Sơn La Rubber Joint Stock Company, the President proposed rubber workers expand cultivation area and raise productivity.

The same day, the leader visited Phiêng Bủng 1 village, Mường Bú commune, Mường La district to inspect resettlement work for Thai ethnic minority group.
