The event was jointly organized by the Việt Nam News Agency, China’s Xinhua, the Vietnamese Embassy in China and the Chinese Embassy in Việt Nam.

The exhibition, lasts until January 20, is one of first and important activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic establishment between Việt Nam and China (January 18, 1950) and also highlights the cooperation between the two news agencies.

Over 200 photos, including never-shown ones, are displayed, showcasing the Việt Nam–China relationship and socio-economic achievements in each country over the past six decades.

Earlier, on January 11, a similar photo exhibition was opened in Beijing.
