Mr. Mạnh expressed his pleasure at the fine development of the bilateral
ties in all fields, particularly politics, national defense and security,
education and training, science and technology, trade and economics.
He hoped that the Ambassador would actively do his utmost to translate
the inked high-level agreements into specific actions.
Mr. Andrey Kovtun pledged to spare no effort in speeding up the
strategic partnership between the two countries and conveyed President Dmitry
Medvedev and PM Vladimir Putin’s invitation to Party leader Mạnh to pay an
