AHTS 8.080 BHP has a kinetic system meeting all exploitation demands set by petroleum service companies.
The vessel, which is 65.5m in length, 16m in width and 6.5m in height, has a load capacity of 2,175 tons. It can contain liquid products and fuel.
The service vessel is expected to be handed over to PTSC on October 20 in Singapore.
PTSC, an affiliate of the Việt Nam National Oil and Gas Group, specializes in providing various technical services for the oil and gas industry.
Owning a fleet of nearly 20 vessels of all kinds, PTSC is now a leading provider of petroleum services in Việt Nam and the region, occupying more than 90% of domestic shipping market share.
With the purchase of the new vessel, PTSC wants to possess the largest petroleum service fleet in Southeast Asia, with  over 100 vessels by 2025, controlling the entire domestic market and making up 30% of the region’s market share.
