PM’s opinions on some foreign-aided projects
VNGOP – Acting on behalf of the PM, Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm agreed on April 9 that leaders of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) to ink with the Canadian Government a Memorandum of Understanding on provincial-level environment project in Việt Nam (VPEP).

On the same day, the Deputy PM also permitted the Ministry of Planning and Investment to request the Japanese Government to provide Việt Nam with 14 items of equipment worth US $50,626.8 in the Project on promoting health services in Hòa Bình Province.
Both MNRE and the Hòa Bình People’s Committee were assigned to manage and implement the projects under current regulations.
