At the meeting, the PM highlighted the U.S. businesses’ successful operation in Viet Nam, which has made crucial contributions to the two nations’ economic development.

Viet Nam expects to welcome U.S. enterprises to pour more investment in Viet Nam and more Vietnamese ones to launch operation in the U.S. market for mutual benefits, affirmed the PM.

Mr. Robert H. McCooey Jr hailed the Vietnamese PM and Government’s strong guidelines for businesses and the nation’s achievements in business development.

The NASDAQ has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VNG Corporation (VNG), a Vietnamese technology company, heading to list VNG’s shares at NASDAQ.

The MoU is regarded as an experience for other Vietnamese businesses, paving the way for Viet Nam’s enterprises to get access to the U.S. capital market through NASDAQ, said Mr.Robert H. McCooey Jr.

The Vietnamese Government expects that the cooperation will bring benefits for both and contribute to effectively strengthening Viet Nam-U.S. economic and trade relations in the future, affirmed the PM, adding that the nation welcomes all businesses which strictly follow Viet Nam’s regulations and law.

He hoped that the NASDAQ will continue expanding cooperation and support for Vietnamese businesses, including assisting the VNG and other corporations to be listed on the NASDAQ.

The first MoU between a Vietnamese technology company and the NASDAQ has manifested the first and crucial advance for other Vietnamese enterprises to join the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which has realized the Government’s determinations to enhancing the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Viet Nam and attracted the concerns of the world’s technology and finance sectors.
