The successful implementation of this Plan will surely help promote economic growth, improve the relations between administrative agencies, business and people, and facilitate anti-corruption.

To fruitfully realize this three-stage plan, the Government chief required ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees to strictly reckon up all administrative formalities in line with instructions given by the PM’s task force in charge of administrative procedures reform.

This work must be completed before February 1, 2009 in all ministries and prior to May 1, 2009 in all provinces.

Plan 30, approved by PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on January 10, 2007, is aimed at reckoning up administrative formalities (stage 1); reviewing administrative formalities (stage 2); and realizing all recommendations for administrative formalities simlification and making public national database on administrative formalities on Internet (stage 3).
