Besides, this will also be an opportunity for trade union members and workers to receive the message sent by the Government to laborers nationwide on the occasion of the 2019 Workers’ Month.

The meeting once again shows the care of the Government, employers and the social community for workers, affirming that trade union organizations always stand side by side and ensure better welfares for laborers in the context of the Party, State and Government striving to improve the quality of human resources, especially high-skilled human resources, to meet new development requirements.

With the theme “High-tech workers – a driving force for national development”, the forum will focus on five major issues, including enterprises’ policies for high-tech workers, localities’ policies in developing highly skilled human resources, proposals of workers and high-tech laborers to the Government in issuing policies to motivate their development, what normal laborers should do to become high-tech workers, and aspirations of highly skilled workers in order to further contribute to the development of businesses, localities and the country.
