PM Nguyen Tan Dung on March 3 made that statement at his farewell reception for Italian Ambassador Lorenzo Angeloni.

The PM highlighted active contributions of the Ambassador in accelerating the two nations’ cooperation, lauding developments in the two sides’ bilateral cooperation areas, especially after establishing the Strategic Partnership relationship.

Ambassador Lorenzo Angeloni thanked the Vietnamese Government and functional agencies for assisting him to realize his tasks in Viet Nam.

Italia attaches importance to promoting cooperation with Viet Nam in all fields, especially economics, trade, investment and education, he affirmed, hoping that the Vietnamese Government will create favorable conditions for Italian businesses to launch long-term investment and operation in Viet Nam.
