He affirmed that the maintenance of national security and stability serves for the national economic development.

Viet Nam facilities Chinese businesses launching investment and operation in Viet Nam, he confirmed.

Regarding the sea issues, the PM supposed that the two sides should settle the matters in the spirit of mutual understanding and respect, strictly following the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the East Sea (DOC) and working towards the building of a Code of Conduct in the East Sea (COC) to make the East Sea a region of peace, friendship and freedom of navigation and aviation.

For his side, the Chinese Minister said that since Viet Nam-China crime prevention and control conference was organized, a number of achievements have been gained, contributing to ensuring security and stability in the border areas, protecting legal rights for local people and enhancing economic growth.
