The ADB-funded Provincial Roads Upgrading Project in which PMU5 (Ministry of Transport) is the investor, aims to upgrade 72 provincial roads with a total length of 1,181 km in 18 northern provinces. The Project’s readjusted investment capital is US$ 114.19 million including US$ 80 million as loans from ADB and US$ 34.19 million as the corresponding capital.
