The two sides reviewed and recognized bilateral cooperation activities in 2018, while agreeing on the collaboration plan for 2019, with focus on increasing two-way trade by at least 10% compared to last year.

Sharing the difficulties currently faced by Laos, PM Phuc affirmed that Viet Nam is always willing to support the Lao government in its efforts to ensure economic stability and development.

He asked the SBV to direct the banking sector to continue cooperating and actively supporting the BOL, particularly sending competent experts to help the Lao side.
