PM gives green light for construction of Vũng Rô Oil Refinery
VNGOP – The PM agreed on October 22 that the People’s Committee of the southern province of Phú Yên to license the project on Vũng Rô oil refinery invested by Technostar Management Ltd. (UK) and Telloil (Russia).

A report on environmental impacts must be approved by the Ministry of Resources and Environment before starting the construction. The refinery will be built with advanced technologies and new devices in order to ensure safety and environmental standards. Its products are required to meet the criteria for quality under Vietnamese standards.
The issuance of investment certificate and the foundation of new 100% foreign-invested Vũng Rô Petroleum Liability-limited Company are carried out under the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment and other related laws.
