The two-day meeting focuses on the establishment of institutions (June 30) and on socio-economic performance with localities through a teleconference (July 1).

As of June 28, the Government, the PM, ministries and ministerial-level agencies issued 56 legal documents, achieving 32.54% of the required workload.

From now to the end of 2016, ministries and ministerial-level agencies have to issue 114 documents, including 25 decrees, three decisions, 74 circulars and 12 joint circulars as well as establish and issue 81 guidance documents for the implementation of 12 laws.

The PM highly appraised efforts of the Ministries of Justice and Planning and Investment, the Government Office, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other associations, businesses, press agencies, specialists and people for contributing to completing these documents.

The renovation is crucial to enhance production, ensure business freedom and facilitate people and businesses, he said.

The PM asked ministers and heads of agencies to continue to focus on the making of laws, decrees and guidance documents, regarding it as key task in creating better policies for stronger development.
