PM attends taxation sector meeting

The meeting creates an opportunity for the taxation sector to evaluate shortcomings, identify difficulties and challenges on State budget revenues and administrative procedure reform. 

The year 2017 witnessed strong developments in administrative reform in taxation and efforts made by the taxation sector in tackling difficulties and obstacles for people and businesses. 

The online tax payment system was launched at all provinces and cities’ departments of taxation for 624,000 businesses at 63 localities nationwide, reaching 99.8%. Up to 97.9% of enterprises registered e-tax payment. 

In 2018, the General Department of Taxation identified four key tasks, including State budget revenue in 2018 of more than VND1 quadrillion.
