PM asks for prompt task implementation after Tet

Accordingly, heads of ministries and ministerial-level agencies and chairmen of provinces’ People’s Committees must highlight personal responsibility and resolutely carry out tasks assigned at Resolution 01/NQ-CP on key measures to implement socio-economic development plan and State budget estimate in 2019 and Resolution 02/NQ-CP 2019 on continuous improvement of the business environment and enhance national competitiveness. 

The Ministry of Industry and Trade directs to accelerate manufacturing and production, especially key industrial sectors after Tet festival, facilitating enterprises to improve production capacity, expand market and boost exports as well as coordinates with the Committee for Management of State Capital to enhance the rate of progress of key power projects, ensuring to provide enough electricity for socio-economic development. 

The Ministry of Finance hosts and coordinates with relevant ministries and agencies to closely follow and monitor market prices, prevent smuggling and trade fraud and realize policies encouraging, supporting and promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. 

The State Bank of Viet Nam continues monitoring monetary policies positively, flexibly and effectively, creates favorable conditions for people and enterprises to get access to credit for production, strives to reduce lending interest rate, joins hand with the Ministry of Public Security to limit and struggle against black credit and ensure safety and strong development of e-payment services. 

The Ministry of Public Security continues launching measures to ensure political security and social order and safety and resolutely struggles against crimes, especially drug traffickers and black credit. 

The Ministry of Defense is tasked to positively realize measures to tackle issues related to national sovereignty and security. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs effectively carries out diplomatic and integration tasks in 2019 and joins hand with other relevant ministries and agencies to organize the second U.S.-Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Summit in Ha Noi.
