PM agrees to expand IPs in Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu

IP Phú Mỹ II

The three IPs include Phú Mỹ III (800 ha), Đất Đỏ I (500 ha) and Phú Mỹ II (400 ha). They were allowed to be added in the List of IPs to be founded and expanded to 2015 which was issued attached to the PM’s Decision 1107/QĐ-TTg dated on August 21, 2006.

The Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province People’s Committee Chairman was assigned to work out the General Planning Scheme for the Phú Mỹ Urban Quarter and submit it to the PM for consideration and approval. Detailed planning schemes for IPs Phú Mỹ III and Phú Mỹ II are also drafted and ratified in line with written agreement from the Ministry of Construction.
