PM Phuc meets with Cambodian counterpart
VGP – Prime Nguyen Xuan Phuc met with his Cambodian counterpart Samdech Techo Hun Sen in Beijing, China on April 26, on the sidelines of the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.

The Vietnamese leader extended his greetings to the PM and people of Cambodia on the occasion of the country’s New Year festival, Chol Chnam Thmay.
The two PMs voiced their satisfaction at the strong development of the Viet Nam-Cambodia relations, agreeing to continue to effectively implement the 2019 High-level Agreement, strengthen the exchange of high-level visits and meetings, and regularly maintain bilateral cooperation mechanisms.
The leaders discussed on a wide range of important issues in the current ties between the two countries. PM Phuc asked the Cambodian government and PM Hun Sen to give priority to supporting and creating favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community in the country.
