The PM was convinced that the project will fare well given the fact that Vietnam is engaging itself deeper in international integration, enjoying social and political stability and boasting a rich pool of young and quality workforce. He also urged Vietnamese partners, authorities and enterprises to afford active support to and cooperation with foreign companies. In the process of integration, Vietnamese enterprises should make use of their partnership with foreign partners to learn from them.
