Minister of Education and Training Pham Vu Luan was appointed to head the National Steering Committee on Organizing IBO 2016.

The organization aims to encourage the study of  biology at schools, detect and train talents in the subject.

The organization will follow IBO’s regulations to the contest hosting country and Viet Nam’s law.
