It is necessary to establish Hai Duong City, under Hai Duong Province into the one of direct-controlled municipalities, connecting Ha Noi and Hai Phong City, he said.

The province needs to enhance the restructuring of industrial clusters and zones, universities and vocational training institutions, and agriculture, he said, asking the locality to be listed among top 20 localities with high business environment and competitiveness indexes.

The PM requested to improve transparency, activeness, fair competitiveness and supporting services for business in the Province in the upcoming times, heading to double the number of enterprises in the province.

It is vital to join regional tourism value chain through local landscapes and specialties, he suggested, stressing to enhance social order and address social disputes.
