Over a half of foreign tourists return to Khanh Hoa

VGP - As much as 60% foreign tourists returned to Khanh Hoa for a second visit, and 20.1% of them even came back for the third time or more, according to the Provincial Culture, Sport and Tourism Department.

This is part of a survey conducted by the Khanh Hoa Culture, Sport and Tourism Department.

According to the survey, improved services, stable prices, beautiful landscapes and a variety of attractions attibuted to the second travel.

Foreign visitors mainly came from Russia, the Republic of Korea , Australia , and the US.

Russia jumped from the fourth position in 2010 to lead all other foreign tourism markets of the province. In addition, Russian visitors stay longer and spend more than those from other countries.

Up to now, the central coastal province welcomed 171,000 foreign visitors, an increase of 27% against the same period last year, of whom 35,000 were Russians./.
