Nine legal documents issued last December

Accordingly, Decree 163/2018/ND-CP, dated December 4, 2018 regulating the issuance of corporate bonds. The decree targets to create favorable conditions for enterprises to raise capital through issuing bonds, developing the corporate bond market in the direction of publicity, transparency and protection of interests of investors; expand the size of the corporate bond market, and reduce the burden of raising funds for bank credit. It replaces Decree No. 90/2011 / ND-CP dated December 14, 2011. 

Decree 164/2018/ND-CP, dated December 21, 2018 on combining national defense with economy-society stipulates in details Point 3, Article 15 of the Law on National Defense. The Decree took effect since January 1, 2019. 

Decree 165/2018/ND-CP, dated December 24, 2018 on e-transaction in financial operations regulates that agencies, organizations and individuals participating in e-transactions in financial operations must comply with the principles stipulated in Article 5 of the Law on E-Transactions; and provisions of specialized laws and relevant legal provisions. The Decree stipulates that e-documents must fully meet the requirements of state management and in accordance with specialized law provisions. The form, the creation, sending and receiving of e-documents and the legal validity of e-documents shall comply with the Law on E-Transactions. 

Decree 168/2018/ND-CP, dated December 28, 2018 specifies national defense work in ministries and localities. 

Decision 50/2018/QD-TTg, dated December 13, 2018 deals with Viet Nam’s main aquaculture species.  Accordingly, the main aquaculture species include black tiger shrimp, white shrimp and pangasius./.
