New Deputy Ministers of Planning and Investment, Education and Training named

VGP – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed a decision to appoint Hoang Minh Son as new Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

Son, born in 1969, has been promoted to the new role from his current position as Chairman of the Council of Ha Noi University of Science and Technology (HUST).

The Government chief also appointed Tran Duy Dong as new Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.

Dong, aged 41, was promoted to the new role from his position as Director General of Local and Regional Economy and Vice Chairman of Management Council of the Viet Nam National Innovation Center (NIC) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
