Netherlands-funded program "Improving Capacity of Healthcare Personnel 2006 - 2010" ratified

VNGOVNet – At the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), on November 29, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng approved the Program "Improving the Capacity of Healthcare Personnel 2006 - 2010" funded with a nonrefundable aid of € 13,996,694 from the Netherlandish government. The corresponding Vietnamese capital will be contributed by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the agencies taking part in the program out of annual State budget allocations for their payroll and non-business activities. They shall also contribute to the project by material facilities and staff.

The MPI was assigned to send a diplomatic note to the Netherlandish side to inform the approval. The PM also entrusted the MoH to instruct its units to implement the program in line with the current stipulations on ODA management and use.
