Nearly 90% of procedures at level four through online public service

VGP – As many as 161 customs procedures were provided at level four, the highest level through the HQ36a Online Public Service system, reaching nearly 90%, according to the Viet Nam Customs.

A total number of 170 out of 180 administrative procedures in the customs sector were put to level 3, attaining 94.4%. 

From early 2018 to mid-August, the sector received more than 65,000 documents, which have been basically handled and returned timely. 

The Online Public Service system has facilitated the business community's activities, especially reducing time for launching administrative procedures.  

The customs department in the northern city of Hai Phong took the lead in the number of procedures processed through Online Public Service system with nearly 17,000 ones, accounting for 26%. 

Other customs departments in the central province of Khanh Hoa and southern province of An Giang also witnessed the proportion of procedures realized on Online Public Service system at 100%.
