Chairman of the Economic Commission of the National Assembly Nguyen Van Giau said that the ratification is an important political decision which is expected to increase the country’s responding capability to the world economy and speed up negotiations and signings for other FTAs.

Mr. Giau raised some comments which recommended the Government to make specific explanations on the establishment of organizations for laborers and leadership of the Party and the Viet Nam General Confederation.

The resolution assigns the Government, the Supreme People’s Court of Viet Nam, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, and relevant agencies to review other laws and legal documents to timely amend or issue new ones in line with Viet Nam’s commitments to CPTPP.

The PM is responsible for approving a plan to implement CPTPP and directing relevant agencies and organizations to execute the plan./.
