VGP - Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Phạm Khôi Nguyên said that Vedan Việt Nam (based in the southern province of Đồng Nai) will be strictly punished for its infringement of Vietnamese laws by intentionally eliminating untreated sewage into the Thị Vải River.
