Middle East, Northern Africa eye closer cooperation with VN

During the visits, the delegation worked with the competent ministries, sectors and businesses in the hosting countries. In every country, leaders of various ministries all praised Vietnam’s socio-economic achievements in the renovation cause, confirming their closer cooperation with Vietnam at international forums and support the country to be a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council.

The officials expressed their wishes to boost exchanges of senior delegations, as well as cultural, art and sports activities with Vietnam.

Many businesses showed their willing to invest in Vietnam in oil and gas, tourism, banking, and construction. The Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) was welcomed to invest in oil and gas exploration, exploitation and processing. The hosts hoped that the two sides could sign related agreements to facilitate the performance of enterprises in the time to come.
