The website provides Vietnamese defected persons with various kinds of information relating to the Government’s policies on pensions, vocational training, employment, and healthcare. It is also a channel to put the to-be-approved Law on Disabled Persons into force.

The site can be a forum for the disabled to share their valuable experience and assist each other to better their life.

For the past years, Việt Nam places importance on developing a favorable legal framework so that the disabled persons can actively overcome their disadvantages and integrate in the community.

Not relying on social pensions, many of handicapped people have managed to become businessmen, technicians, and social activists.

The launch of the website is indeed a good tool to encourage the society’s care for the disabled persons.
