The Ministry assigns its units to work with the Department of E-commerce and Information Technology to create e-documents for online public services.

These documents are required to be simple, easy-to-understand, not overlapped and appropriate to related procedures. Their format must be standardized technically so that they can be easily downloaded, displayed and printed.

All private information as well as secrets of individuals and organizations must be protected in line with laws.

The MIC will provide 41 public services online, focusing on the protection of consumer’s interests; the organization of promotion activities; the organization of exhibitions abroad; the licensing of electricity activities; information about foreign markets; and the licensing of petroleum export and import.
