MARD to join FAO-funded project
VNGOP – The PM allowed on June 10 the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to take part in stage II of the Project “Direct technical assistance for preparations in urgent situations against highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) sponsored by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.

On the same day, the PM ratified the technical assistance project “Perfecting legal frame and transaction registration system in Việt Nam” with the total non-refundable aid of US $515,000 jointly granted by the Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF), the Foreign Investment Advisory Service (FIAS), a part of the International Finance Company (IFC), and World Bank (WB).
The PM also agreed with PetroVietnam to build up the joint-stock fertilizer plant in Morocco.
