JICA finances drainage, wastewater treatment project in Ha Long 16:30 | 25/11/2020

VGP - The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on November 25 signed a loan agreement with the Government of Viet Nam to provide a Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) loan worth JPY11.891 billion (more than US$113 million) for the Ha Long City Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Project.
